About Hot Flash Diary
Version 2 turned a symptom tracker into a diary, 2.1 made it calmer, 2.2 added your HRT, and 2.3 to 2.5 speak German, Spanish and French. The page greets you by name; you tap what you had (hot flash, night sweats, sleep, mood, eleven in all), then tap a bud, a bloom or a full flower, and it is written down with the time.
On HRT? Tap the HRT card to note each dose as taken, missed or changed, and the doctor report says how it went alongside your symptoms. Auf Deutsch, en español, en français: the whole diary, from the morning greeting to the doctor report, follows your phone's language.
The calendar shades each month against your own range, so a rough week shows from across the room. Patterns tells you what is changing and when. And when the appointment comes, one tap turns any stretch of days into a one-page report in plain clinical language, ready to hand to your GP. After dark it dims to the small hours. No account, no cloud: your diary stays in your pocket.
The diary itself is free forever; Premium adds the longer look back and the PDF, from about US$3.33 a month on the yearly plan, after a 7-day free trial.
