Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that you can cancel anytime in your app store account settings. The app is provided "as is".
The app is operated by OnIT Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 71 670 099 395), trading as Mental Metal ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions: [email protected].
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. You agree not to copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent permitted by law.
Logging and the 30-day view are free. Premium unlocks longer trend ranges and the doctor-share PDF export, offered as an auto-renewing subscription:
Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and over time. You manage or cancel a subscription, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited on purchase of a subscription, in your Apple Account or Google Play account settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users. The app stores the information you log locally on your device; you are responsible for that device and for keeping your own backups where you need them.
The app is a personal tracking tool to help you record symptoms and share a summary with your healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a regulated medical device. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability arising from your use of the app is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
