One timer, four screens.
iPhone and Android in your hand, a whole-gym clock on the iPad, and the same coach on Apple Watch and Wear OS.
About Wharf WOD
The gym timer that yells GO like it means it. AMRAP, For Time, EMOM and Tabata, each in its own colour, with a clock that fills the screen so you can read it from the other end of the garage. It sounds like the clock on the box wall: three low beeps count you into every start, round, rest and finish, then a high beep with a coach's voice calling it: GO, Rest, Last round.
Turn the stopwatch ring or scroll the wheels to set a workout, then hit the big START bar. Home draws every workout as a timeline so you see what you'll start, and the bar fills round by round while you work. Pause, Finish and Stop all live in one place at the bottom.
It runs on iPhone, iPad and Android, and on the wrist with the Apple Watch and Wear OS apps, which keep the clock, beeps and taps going while your wrist is down. On Apple Watch each WOD lands in Apple Health as well. Free, no account, no ads. Chalk up.
