By downloading or using Loglet ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is operated by OnIT Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 71 670 099 395), trading as Mental Metal.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, in line with the app store terms you downloaded it under.
The app records information you enter and presents it back to you, including summaries and timing patterns. This is for your own awareness and to help you have a more informed conversation with your doctor. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be relied on as such. Any decision about medication, treatment, or care should be made with a qualified health professional. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything in the app.
Your data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your device and any exported reports secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter. We recommend keeping your own backups of anything important.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any summary it produces is complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the app in place of professional medical advice.
